In this article the synthesis of the robust non-parameter coherent detector of radio impulses with unknown carrier frequencies and initial phases is discussed. At present similar radio impulses are more often applied both in ultrasonic fault detection with scanning and in sounding moving elements of construction. The up-to-date robust method using parameters chosen by chance and non-rigid conditions of the obtained criteria for optimum robust detection of information signals in the presence of the interference background based on the theory of robust statistics, Mark’s stochastic processes, non-linear systems are used under the conditions of this synthesis.
