Degree of the importance of influence of technical condition heat exchangers, systems on functional reliability of ship diesel engines is established. Indicators of non-failure operation and an estimation of technical condition heat exchangers of fuel, cooling systems and recycling of heat of secondary power resources are resulted. Causes of failures heat exchangers are considered at operation and typical model of their technical condition.
