Неразрушающий контроль твердости изделий из конструкционных сталей рентгенодифракционным методом

The relation between main hardening mechanisms of quenched structural steel and X-ray line broadening is considered. On the basis of experimental data the correlation is shown and empirical dependencies of diffraction peak width on hardness are plotted. It is offered to use X-ray diffraction method for hardness nondestructive control of products made of quenched and tempered structural steels.
