Conditions of participation and giving a presentation:

The registration fee for participation in the conference is listed per one participant and includes giving a presentation, the publication of an article in the collection of the conference materials, attending all educational seminars that take place within the framework of the conference, handouts and conference materials in electronic format, visiting hardening and restoration areas, a sightseeing programme, coffee and lunch breaks.

About the presentation:
The time limit for a presentation is 15 minutes + Q&A. In order to give their presentation at the conference a speaker must prepare illustrative material (presentation) in the MS PowerPoint environment. The speakers will be provided with computer and projection equipment to demonstrate their illustrative material.

Before sending your presentation abstract for publication in the collection of the conference materials please view the formatting requirements.

Direct advertisement in presentations is not allowed, the presentation must be of a research-and-production nature. A placement of an advertisement module about your enterprise, or the services you provide, or a publication of an advertising article in the conference materials is possible for an additional fee. The amount of the fee is 5500 RUB. Note that this material will also be placed on our website and in the electronic handouts.

Accommodation charges are not included in the registration fee. We are able to book a hotel at the conference venue if required. The price of a double room is from 2600 RUB per day (including breakfast), the price of a single room is from 2300 RUB per day (including breakfast).

The programme of the conference will be published on the website 10-14 days before the opening.
